Kasper is responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth of AIP. Since joining, he has worked alongside the rest of the Partner group, playing a key role in developing AIP into what it is today. Kasper has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and infrastructure investments. Before joining AIP, he was a Director in the private equity team at 3i.
He is Chair of the IC.
He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics & Finance from Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. from Copenhagen Business School and Boston College Carroll School of Management.
