Ulrik P. Bornø

Ulrik is responsible for overseeing the ESG team, People & Culture, and Business & IT Transformation. He was the pioneering partner to join AIP and has since been a key figure in shaping the development and strategic direction of AIP. From 2013 to 2019, he was actively engaged in executing and managing investments before his appointment as a Partner in 2020. Before joining AIP, Ulrik was Manager and Head of Investment Analysis at DONG Energy (now Ørsted). He has also held M&A positions at SEB and Credit Suisse.

He is a member of the Executive Management.

Ulrik holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics & Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
