Jannick is General Counsel and has been Partner since 2022, responsible for the Legal team. Throughout his career he has obtained experience from legal professional services and M&A, having worked in top-tier Danish law firms. Previously, as the Head of Legal in the Energy division at A.P. Møller Maersk, Jannick was responsible for devising and implementing strategies to separate the four energy businesses from Maersk. He led M&A and capital market projects across these business units. Moreover, his expertise includes general corporate law, capital markets, and commercial contracts. Together, he has 16 years of experience across corporate M&A and the broader energy sector.

He holds a Master of Laws (Cand.Jur.) from Aarhus University.
