Martin Vering Dalsager

Martin is responsible for sourcing and executing offshore wind investments. Martin has been key in establishing partnerships, contributing to the firm’s growth and success in the offshore energy sector, including leading the acquisition of He Dreiht, AIP’s latest offshore wind investment in Germany. He brings over 14 years of experience in corporate finance and renewable energy. He has been with AIP for a decade and was appointed Partner in 2025. Martin has previously worked as an M&A Associate at Catella Corporate Finance and as a Programme Financial Manager at DONG Energy (now Ørsted).

He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Aarhus University.
