Nicole Bording

Nicole is responsible for driving a diverse People & Culture agenda throughout the entire employee life cycle while overseeing internal communication in AIP. Before joining AIP, Nicole held positions such as Senior Director of People & Culture at LanguageWire, Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, and Attorney at Kromann Reumert.

She holds a Master of Laws (Cand.Jur.) from the University of Copenhagen.
