TDC
TDC was established in 1882 and is Denmark’s largest telecommunications provider with more than 3 million customers and around 7,000 employees. In May 2018, TDC was taken-private by a consortium consisting of Macquarie Group, PKA, PFA and ATP with a focus on strengthening the Danish digitalization through large scale investments into fibre and 5G technology over the next decade.
In 2019, TDC initiated a split of the company to establish two independent companies – TDC NET which owns and operates the network and infrastructure and Nuuday which provides telecommunication services through TDC’s customer-facing brands.
