Valorem is AIP’s first platform investment in a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) with fully integrated development, construction, and management capabilities. Valorem has developed 1.7 GW of renewable assets to date, and has retained a portfolio of 0.8 GW of operational. Valorem has 6.3 GW pipeline and proven tracked record in developing and building renewable assets, with a current market focus in France (~80%), Finland and Greece.
